Webmail system is a full-featured personal information management
system
capable of organizing your email, contacts, appointments and tasks.
The modules and features available include: Email -
Send and receive email. The mail system includes an address book
and
personal distribution lists.
Junk Mail Filtering - Messages that are likely to be junk mail
can be marked as such or deleted automatically.
Vacation Messages -
Automatically send a response to people when you are away.
Calendaring -
Track appointments and other events. See who will be attending
meetings
you scheduled.
Tasks - Track
your active projects.
Notes - Keep
those bits of information handy.
Layouts - If
you use a web browser to access the system, you can select from
a number layout (skins.)
Sharing - Give
people access to what they need to get to: you can let others
read and optionally change most things in your
account.
Use the menu in the upper left corner to view the different documents.
The Quick Start document is a guide to the basic features of
the Webmail system when using a web browser. Other documents
provide more detailed information.
If you previously had an email account, your email address and
password are still the same, and all of the existing e-mail messages
and address book items have been moved to the new system. If you
used a program such as Microsoft Outlook, you may continue to
do so.
